Summary: Murphy bed was small (full size mattress) but comfy. Mattress was well broken in :) Building was relatively quiet. Close to everything! Only negative was a very strong food smell every day. Not sure if it was a neighbor or nearby restaurant. Check in super simple. Host was accommodating!
